Time to Sell - the SKU(s) set up and ready
- There are several tools available to help in selling, including: mass email, smaller target email to category list where customers have signed up, Key Account email, floor stack with coordinated signage, Top 10, etc.
- Marketing/analytics will evaluate the proposal and get it to the category target email list (at minimum), and evaluate further opportunities to expand to larger lists and/or Key Accounts based on available email credits for the associated shoppers, and success with the initial email target list.
- Marketing/analytics will share response and sales results in effort to continuously improve the types of items we are targeting, along with the marketing strategies that best lead to sales.
